Whether you’re just starting out or already well-established, we are able to tailor our service to meet the needs of each consultant. No two practices are the same which is why we will sit down with you and discuss what is important for us to focus on for you.

We are also happy to provide temporary or permanent support to your current secretary, whether it’s just typing or billing or answering the phone.

Everything You Need In One Place

We provide tailored practice management services to private consultants. We include all aspects of practice management whether you are just starting out or already have an established private practice. From secretaries, to billing, to marketing and IT, we will be your only call.

We work remotely from the consultants, but this does not affect the level of support we provide.

Our aim is to ensure consultants don’t have to spend time focusing on the behind the scenes running of their practice and have more time to focus on the important things, the patients.


Dictations are transcribed within 24 hours of receipt.

Typing service can be provided to help an existing secretary.


Invoices are submitted via Healthcode

Accounts can be easily tracked on the patient databases used.

We can provide your practice with it’s own dedicated phone line.

Calls are answered with a personalised greeting.

Patients always speak to a dedicated team member.

Medicolegal Transcription

Dictations are transcribed within 48 hours.

Reports can be posted to necessary parties or emailed securely.

Paperless Practice

Notes can be written/typed straight onto patient databases.

Handwritten notes are scanned and securely shredded.

Holiday/Sickness Cover

We can provide cover if your secretary is away on leave/sick.

Full practice cover can be provided.

IT and Marketing

Our IT department makes it easier for you to keep everything in one place. No separate IT company dealing with your email/website hosting, dealing with security of your data. We understand the IT needs of private practices rather than just a broad spectrum of IT.

Everything Under One Roof

As well as answering calls, sending emails, organising your clinics and theatre and ensuring patient records are kept up to date, we provide a billing service and IT service meaning anything you need, will only take one phone call.



Our team are friendly and happy to tailor their work to how you would like your practice run. Each practice is different and we understand that different aspects take priority.



The IT department ensure that everything we do is secure and confidential. We use Office 365 for emails which are encrypted end to end. We use DGL Practice Manager as our preferred patient database and all data is stored securely on their servers. Paperless practices ensure that paperwork does not get into the wrong hands, everything is scanned and shredded to ensure confidentiality.



We don’t have a set rule book for how your practice should be run. We will offer our expertise as to what works and what doesn’t but we will sit down and listen to the ways you like to work and tailor our services to that.
